Summary: By opting in, Welcome Anchorage Tours may send you up to two (2) automated text messages per month regarding your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance at any time.
1. Program Description
Welcome Anchorage Tours ("we," "us," or "our") offers an optional SMS text messaging program to keep guests informed about their bookings. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency: up to two (2) messages per month. Messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, updates, or other relevant tour information.

You may opt in by:

Replying "YES" when prompted during our automated phone system

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You may book tours without opting in to SMS alerts.

How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Welcome Anchorage Tours is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Our SMS program is supported by most major US wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed. Welcome Anchorage Tours and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will notify enrolled subscribers of material changes to these Terms via text message or by posting updates to this page.
