What to Bring Good walking shoes Sunscreen Rain coat, and or layers. (Temperatures in Alaska change often ) Water bottle (We do provide water bottles as well) Camera, or phone with camera Long pants recommended ***Bug spray will be provided, and the tour guide has pepper spray as well.

For Anchorage pick ups: We provides complimentary pick-up and drop off in the Anchorage area. We can pick up at an Air BNB or VRBO or Hotel. ( This is a $30 value per tour for our clients) For Seward or Whittier Pick ups: We pick up at the Port in Seward ( right off the Cruise Ship) and at local hotels bed and breakfasts in Seward. ( Please note, we are DOT certified, so we can meet you right at your Cruise ship upon departure) If you are booking a private tour. we can also arrange a pick up outside of these areas. Please talk to our team about your special request.

What is your most popular tour? Our most popular tour is the (Year Round) Glacier View Wildlife Adventure Tour. This is followed closely by our Seward to Anchorage Tour ( both private and small group) What is a good option for families? All of our tours are family friendly tours. Depending on the size of your family and interests- our private tours are a great option to explore and experience the places you want to go.

If you are in Anchorage and are looking for a last-minute tour, please call us at 907-917-8687 and we'll do our best to accommodate you. How can we change our reservation? In order to change a reservation, please contact our office staff at 907-917-8687 or email a request to info@welcomeanchorage.com Do I need to sign a waiver? We have a virtual waiver to complete attached to your booking confirmation. Do you offer any discounts? We are pleased to offer AARP and military discounts of 10% per private tour or transfer. Where are you located? We are located at 5100 Cordova Street #100 Anchorage Alaska. Please note, our hours in the office vary depending on the time of year. Our cancellation policy is very generous. We know that clients rarely cancel their Alaska trips unless they have to. We offer a full refund up to 7 days prior to travel. Within 7 days to 24 hours, we offer a full refund minus a 20% fee. No shows are non-refundable. *** Please note, we are a small business and every client matters to us.
